Introducing: Executive Coaching Readiness Assessment

You’re invited to be one of the first to try our new Executive Coaching Readiness Assessment – developed in response to questions about how to objectively evaluate the probability of a positive result and return-on-investment in individual coaching and development. It’s succinct – just 11 multiple choice questions, so you can complete it in minutes. You can find it in our Resource Library; there’s a link at the bottom of this page. 

The intention is to use it as one step in the decision process to determine whether the individual currently has the level of awareness and commitment necessary to fully participate and benefit from coaching. During the beta stage, there is no charge [it will remain no charge for companies we’re actively working with].

The report you receive includes your responses – and places the potential coachee in one of three tiers:

Tier 1 – high probability of significant growth and positive change through leadership coaching

Tier 2 – probability of growth and positive change through intervention coaching and mentoring

Tier 3 – currently unlikely to experience acceptable level of growth and change from coaching

When two or more participants complete the assessment, [e.g.: the potential Coachee’s Leader, Human Resources partner and/or Coach], the reports provide a context to compare perspectives and arrive at an objective decision.
