Talent Acquisition Strategy, Process & Implementation – Financial Call Center

Challenges:

The brokerage division of a major financial institution was due to open a new call center in 4 months. They had only recruited a small percentage of the 250 licensed brokers needed to staff the center.

Solution:

Development of processes and methods, and managed implementation to hire 230 ‘best of the best’ licensed brokers in less than 4 months, from a ‘cold start’. Project included:

  • Needs analysis
  • Development of processes, sourcing and assessment methodologies to hire ‘best of the best’
  • Development of position descriptions and selection models
  • Data management
  • Collaborated on selection and management of contract recruiting project team
  • Assessment and due diligence

Outcome:

Call center opened on time and fully staffed with qualified brokers.
