“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” – Aristotle
Read the book “Talent is Overrated” for a scientific journey through the primary difference between top performers and average performers in any field – sports, business, the arts. It is the discipline of mindful practice of specific skill areas – repeated consistently long after it has stopped being fun or even interesting.
Which is why our coaching practice is focused on self-awareness and relentless practice of new behaviors until they become part of the leadership DNA.
